Yeah, not a great experience. The order tracking kept saying the driver was nearby for, I don’t know, like 40 minutes? So I kept thinking it would show up any second, but then it arrived way later and the food was already cold. I contacted support too, but they didn’t really do much to help. i don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

I’ve paid twice so far, no issues yet. I usually forget to double-check these things because I’m always in a rush, but both payments went through smoothly and everything has been fine on my end.

I use Hungry Panda every now and then, and the account side of things is just okay. Logging in usually works fine, but when I tried changing my phone number, it took literally longer than it should have, and the app kept asking me to verify again. Support did get it sorted eventually, so it wasn’t a huge disaster. I just wish updating account details and dealing with password stuff felt a bit smoother.

I’ve been using this app for a while, even though part of me keeps wondering if I should switch to another delivery service because little things like this can get annoying. I accidentally put in the wrong address and had to cancel my order, which I thought was going to turn into a huge hassle. But customer service got back to me within a few minutes and helped cancel it before the restaurant started making the food. The refund didn’t hit right away and took about 2 days, but to be fair, they did warn me about that upfront. So yeah, it wasn’t totally smooth, and I still wish the app made cancellations easier to figure out, but the support was solid. I’ll probably keep using it for now.

I was really looking forward to my order, but the packaging didn’t hold up at all and the soup leaked everywhere in the bag. It was disappointing and made me a little unsure about ordering it again unless I knew the packaging had been fixed.

It did take longer than I was hoping, but to be fair, I just wanted it done properly rather than rushed. In the end, they fixed the issue, so I can’t really complain too much

I’ve used Hungry Panda a few times now, my orders have been right every time, everything matched what I picked, even the small notes like less spice and no onions. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the app updates can be a little slow sometimes, I wasn’t always sure where the driver was. But as far as order accuracy goes, it’s been good.

I’ve used Hungry Panda a few times and it’s solid if you’re looking for Asian food. There are definitely some good restaurants on there, but in my area the choices feel a bit limited compared to apps like Uber Eats or DoorDash. A couple of places I usually order from aren’t listed, and some restaurants only seem to show up at certain times. It’s not a bad app by any means, I just wish there was a bigger variety available.

The food tasted fresh and came out nice and hot, which I really appreciated. Most of it was great, but one dish was a bit too salty for my taste, maybe someone in the kitchen got a little too comfortable with the salt shaker that day.

My driver was polite and actually called when he got here, which I appreciated. The food showed up safely and it seemed like he handled everything the right way. I wasn’t really expecting much, but I’m happy with how it went today.

My orders have been late too many times, like way too many times. I don’t mind waiting once in a while, but it’s happened again and again, and it gets frustrating.

I don’t know, maybe I’m missing something, but I typed my delivery address correctly in the app and somehow they still sent the driver to the wrong building. He kept calling me from there, and when I contacted support, they basically just told me to wait, which wasn’t helpful at all. By the time the food finally showed up, it was late and cold. I might’ve brushed it off if it happened once, but this has happened more than once now, so I think I’m done with HungryPanda.

I’ve tried using their promo codes a few different times now, and it’s just mentally draining. Every time, there’s some kind of issue. The discount either disappears at checkout, suddenly says it’s not valid even though it showed up in the app, or there’s some minimum spend requirement tucked away where you barely notice it. It just feels like a waste of energy at this point. Customer service doesn’t really help either, just the same copy-paste responses with no actual solution.

The app itself works fine, but there are barely any restaurants available near me. A lot of the places I actually want either aren’t on there or seem to be closed all the time, so I end up feeling kind of trapped with the same limited options

Overall, it works fine, but my quick way of judging apps like this is simple: if I can switch to the language I need without thinking too much, it’s a win. Here, I kept hitting a wall because there just aren’t enough language options. It’s not a dealbreaker, but adding more languages would make it way more useful for more people.

For some reason, the menus keep lagging whenever I try to use them, and the checkout process still confuses me every time. It just doesn’t feel very smooth or easy to get through...

Ordered dinner through HungryPanda and it did show up, just later than the app said it would. The food was still warm, so it wasn’t a total problem, but when you’re really hungry, yeah, the extra wait is annoying. The driver was totally fine, no issues there. I’d probably use it again, but I definitely hope they get the delivery timing a bit better

I ordered through hungrypanda and after about 20 minutes, the restaurant ended up cancelling my order. I assumed the refund would just happen automatically, but that wasn’t really the case for me. I had to contact support a few times, and each time I was basically told to keep waiting without much explanation. I did eventually get my money back, but it took almost a week. The app is fine when everything goes smoothly, but based on my experience, the refund process was frustrating. Not the worst service I’ve ever used, but definitely not good enough for me to feel confident using it again...

My noodles were missing from the order, though I’m not totally sure where the mix-up happened. I contacted support and they refunded me quickly, so overall I’m happy with how they handled it.

The fees are low compared to other options I’ve tried, and the prices seem fair. I use it often and haven’t run into any big surprises so far
